What does BUTASA do?
Boston University’s Taiwanese American Student Association (BUTASA) is a cultural student organization that is dedicated to bringing people who are interested in the Taiwanese culture together; whether it’s the food or language itself. Generally, we’re just looking to hold events where everyone has a good time! We hope that through our events, we can help you establish friendships with people who have similar interests.

You can find out more in the “About” page

What can BUTASA offer me?
BUTASA offers you the opportunity to meet great people with similar interests. Our officers are a group of students who come from different backgrounds but are all committed and passionate about bringing you exciting and fun events!

What kind of events has BUTASA held before?
BUTASA holds many events each year, from small gatherings to big scale events. Some events that were previously held include dumpling workshops, hot pot gatherings, Mahjong tournaments, Formosa (an intercollegiate mixer), Talent Show, and our annual Night Market.

Check out our “Events” page for more information on what is happening this coming year!
